Key Responsibilities:

1, Strategy Development:

Develop and implement offline retail marketing strategies to support retail stores.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including events, promotions, and in-store displays.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and advertisements.

2, Event Planning:

Organize and oversee in-store events, product launches, etc.
Coordinate logistics, budgeting, staffing, and promotional activities for events.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

3, Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or a related field.
Retail marketing related experience preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
